Terms & Conditions of Use of the TaxFree Technology Card
1. I hereby irrevocably authorise Diamond Integrated Services Limited, its successors and assigns, trading as TaxFree Technology ("TaxFree Technology"), as my agent, to use reasonable endeavours on my behalf to arrange for the repayment to me of any Value Added Tax (VAT) refunds due to me in connection with goods purchased by me within the European Union (EU) (the "VAT Exempted Goods") in accordance with the provisions of the Value Added Tax (Retail Export Scheme) Regulations 1998 (as may be amended from time to time) (the 'Regulations').
2. I agree to accept and use any TaxFree Technology card containing "tax free technology" provided to me by TaxFree Technology or its agent (the "TaxFree Technology Card") to assist TaxFree Technology in processing any VAT refunds due to me. By using the TaxFree Technology Card, I acknowledge that I am bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use (as amended from time to time).
3. I acknowledge that TaxFree Technology shall not be responsible for processing any VAT refund on my behalf until such time as I sign the TaxFree Technology Card.

We will record information relevant to provision of a sales tax refund service. Your information may be accessible by government customs departments and our associated companies for the sole purposes of refunding your monies to you.

We will continue to hold your data for a statutory period of 7 years.
On request, we will provide information in writing about your information stored on our database.
